To bring the Jaeger customer back into Jaeger customer communication.

RESPONSE

Through identifying the tonal style, language and media that appeal to the core customer we were able to build a ‘voice’ that drew them back to the brand. From this platform we were able to devise highly successful campaign concepts and in-store promotional material. Taglines including ‘A little luxury goes a long way’, built on the notion of frugality and ‘earned luxury’ and the editorialisation of marketing collateral using techniques taken from popular media were used to help Jaeger refocus their customer communication.
