BRIEF

To update the Claridge’s customer experience through its brand language.

RESPONSE

We researched and developed a more contemporary visual and tonal language that would extend rather than dilute the hotel’s traditional brand experience. From this platform with its revised palette of colours, shapes and patterns we have worked over a number of years to create a wide spectrum of touchpoints from embossed leather menus to biscuit tins, and its iconic tea caddy.
